Monday Evening, Newcastle
May. 19th, 2008 10:21 pmWell, I'm back from Newcastle. And thoroughly exhuasted. I'd love to sleep, but I have to leave for work in, oh, five minutes. It's when the dogwatches pile up on the sleep-deprivation (entirely self-inflicted, I must admit) like this that I begin to wonder about pastures greener.
Which seems to be, fate decides, a perfect time to offer me a new job.
I'm fairly convinced I shouldn't take it.
Either way, its adding a wonderful new dimension of fun to my relationship with my family, and to the long-term plans I was carefully starting to cultivate. I rather think my life is finally starting to become entertaining to someone somewhere, to which I can only offer the fervent plea: can I have it back the way it was when you're done, please?
There are a number of other things to think about, but a quick hiyup and a back in Newcastle are all I really have time for right now.
Have a good evening, y'all. I shall try to do the same.
